Job Description

You'll take on the DC and AC site management for PV systems on apartment buildings and ensure that all work is carried out professionally and on time.
You'll actively work on the construction site and oversee the implementation of the systems from installation to commissioning.
You'll plan, coordinate, and order all necessary components and ensure that the construction sites run smoothly.
You'll monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and document the progress of your projects.
You'll closely coordinate with our clients, project managers, and site teams, ensuring a clear flow of information and proactively solving challenges.

Qualifications

You have a completed training as a roofer and ideally also a master craftsman title in roofing.
You have a Class B driver's license and are willing to travel and work on-site.
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in the PV sector, ideally on apartment buildings.
You're communicative, flexible, and enjoy working in a team.
You speak fluent German.

Stellenbeschreibung

Du übernimmst die DC- und AC-seitige Bauleitung für PV-Anlagen auf Mehrfamilienhäusern und sorgst dafür, dass alle Arbeiten fachgerecht und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
Du arbeitest aktiv auf der Baustelle mit und begleitest die Umsetzung der Anlagen von der Installation bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
Du planst, koordinierst und bestellst alle benötigten Bauteile und sorgst dafür, dass die Baustellen reibungslos ablaufen.
Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards und dokumentierst den Fortschritt Deiner Projekte.
Du stimmst Dich eng mit unseren Kund:innen, Projektleiter:innen und Baustellenteams ab, sorgst für einen klaren Informationsfluss und löst Herausforderungen proaktiv.

Qualifikationen

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker:in** und idealerweise zusätzlich einen **Meistertitel im Dachdeckerhandwerk.
Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist reise- und montagebereit.
Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im PV-Bereich mit, idealerweise auf Mehrfamilienhäusern.
Du bist kommunikativ, flexibel und arbeitest gerne im Team.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch.
