Construction Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering

Tasks

• You're in charge of managing and overseeing construction projects in civil engineering.
• You handle the planning for offers and execution.
• You're responsible for costs, schedules, quality, and work safety.
• You coordinate construction partners from technical, contractual, and economic perspectives.
• Checking invoices from subcontractors and suppliers is also part of your responsibilities.

What We Rely On

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field.
• BIM and LEAN knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and a billing and calculation program (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO).
• Familiarity with time-path planning software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS Project).
• Commitment and an independent, results-oriented work style.
