Construction Manager (m/f/d)

The Wahl Group is a family-run craft business based in Seelze near Hannover. For over 75 years, we've been working with around 400 employees in the fields of electrical engineering, security, and information technology. We're looking for a dedicated Construction Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin location.

The Tasks

• First point of contact and responsible person on the construction site
• Coordination of assembly teams and necessary external services
• Material management, measurement creation, and documentation
• Development of trainees on the respective construction site

The Requirements

• Electronics technician (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience, possibly a master electrician
• Experience in managing construction sites with an order volume >100k EUR
• Basic knowledge of business management and IT
• Independent, responsible work ethic

• Working hours: We generally work 40 hours a week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and until 1:30 PM on Fridays. Overtime is managed in a time account.

• Digitalization: Hours worked are recorded via an app, as are vacation requests and tool management. Company communication primarily takes place via a messenger service.
