KUTTER GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned construction company operating across Germany, with its main office in Memmingen. Our core business includes asphalt milling, civil engineering, road construction, and turnkey construction. In Memmingen and Mindelheim, we also have our own KUTTER vehicle workshop. We handle a variety of repairs for our entire fleet, especially trucks and milling machines, in our large workshop halls with around 60 employees.
To strengthen our team in Memmingen, we're looking for a Workshop Manager for Commercial Vehicle Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. - WHAT TO EXPECT
- Coordinating work processes and leading workshop staff and apprentices
- Performing commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance work
- Ensuring compliance with safety and work regulations
- Documenting task completion
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Successfully completed training as a master/technician in commercial vehicles or a similar qualification
- Excellent knowledge of commercial vehicle technology and electronics
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Experience in staff management is desirable
- Independence and commitment
- Driver's license class C/CE is a plus
