oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach is looking for a Foreman or Site Supervisor for civil engineering and road construction (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing construction sites for civil engineering and roadwork
- Leading the site team
- Scheduling work, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
- Organizing materials and equipment
- Handling occupational safety
What we’re looking for:
- A completed apprenticeship in civil engineering/road construction plus further training as a Foreman or certified Site Supervisor
- Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Allgäu region
- Commitment, great teamwork, and the ability to think and act independently
