We're looking for a Foreman or Site Supervisor for Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d) to join oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing construction sites in civil engineering and road construction
- Leading the site team
- Scheduling work, instructing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
- Organizing materials and equipment
- Handling occupational safety
What we're looking for:
- Completed vocational training in civil engineering and road construction, plus successful further training as a foreman, site supervisor, or certified supervisor
- Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
- Willingness to work at various sites in the Allgäu region
- Commitment, high level of dedication, teamwork skills, and the ability to think and act independently
