For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we’re looking for a foreman or site supervisor (m/f/d) in civil engineering and road construction, starting as soon as possible.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing construction sites in civil engineering and road construction
• Leading the site team
• Planning work, briefing and coordinating employees and subcontractors
• Organizing materials and equipment
• Ensuring workplace safety

What we’re looking for

• Completed vocational training as a civil engineering/road construction worker (m/f/d) plus successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), works foreman (m/f/d) or certified site supervisor (m/f/d)
• Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
• Willingness to work on different sites in the Allgäu region
• Strong motivation and commitment, team spirit, and the ability to think and act independently
