We are looking for a Foreman or Site Manager for Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d) for oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you'll take on:
- Handling construction sites in civil engineering and road construction
- Leading the site team
- Work scheduling, briefing, and coordination of employees and subcontractors
- Disposition of materials and equipment
- Occupational safety
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a civil engineer/road builder (m/f/d) as well as successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified site manager (m/f/d)
- Leadership and site experience in civil engineering and road construction is a plus
- Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
- Commitment and high level of dedication, teamwork skills, as well as independent thinking and acting
