What you will do with us
- Foreman / Supervisor (m/f/d) Civil and Road Construction
- We're looking for a Foreman or Supervisor in Civil and Road Construction (m/f/d) for oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.
- Your tasks will include:
- Managing construction sites in civil and road construction
- Leading the construction team
- Assigning work, instructing, and coordinating employees and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Ensuring work safety
- Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a civil and road builder (m/f/d) and successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified supervisor (m/f/d)
- Leadership and construction site experience in civil and road construction is a plus
- Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
- Commitment and high engagement, teamwork skills, and independent thinking and acting
