Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) Structural & Civil Engineering
We’re looking for a Foreman or Site Manager for Structural and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) to join the oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG team in Durach as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural engineering work
- Leading the site team
- Organizing tasks, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Keeping an eye on workplace safety
What we’re looking for:
- A completed apprenticeship as a concrete worker or mason, plus further training as a Foreman or certified Site Manager
- Leadership and site experience in structural engineering is a plus
- Willingness to work at various sites around the Allgäu region
- High level of commitment, great teamwork, and the ability to think and act independently
