Foreman / Site Supervisor (m/f/d) Structural & Civil Engineering
oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach is looking for a Foreman or Site Supervisor for structural and civil engineering (m/f/d) to join the team as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural work
- Leading the site team
- Scheduling work, briefing, and coordinating staff and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Keeping an eye on workplace safety
What we’re looking for:
- A completed apprenticeship as a concrete/reinforced concrete worker or mason, plus successful training as a Foreman or certified Site Supervisor
- Leadership and site experience in structural engineering is a plus
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Allgäu region
- High level of commitment, teamwork, and the ability to think and act independently
