What you will do with us
Foreman / Site Supervisor (m/f/d) Building & Civil Engineering
For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we’re looking for a foreman or site supervisor (m/f/d) in building and civil engineering, starting as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Carrying out concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural works
- Leading the site team
- Planning work, briefing and coordinating employees and subcontractors
- Organizing materials and equipment
- Ensuring workplace safety
What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training as a concrete and reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d), plus successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), works foreman (m/f/d), or certified site supervisor (m/f/d)
- Leadership and site experience in building construction is a plus
- Willingness to work on different construction sites in the Allgäu region
- Strong commitment and motivation, team spirit, and the ability to think and act independently
