We are looking for a Foreman or Site Manager for Structural and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) for oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you'll take on:
- Carrying out concrete, reinforced concrete, and structural engineering work
- Leading the construction site team
- Work scheduling, briefing, and coordination of employees and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Occupational safety
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a concrete and reinforced concrete builder (m/f/d) or mason (m/f/d) and successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), work polier (m/f/d), or certified site manager (m/f/d)
- Leadership and site experience in structural engineering is a plus
- Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
- Commitment and high level of dedication, teamwork skills, as well as independent thinking and action
