Your tasks at Geiger:
- Organizing staff and equipment in coordination with the landfill management
- Managing material logistics
- Determining and recording site measurements
- Keeping an eye on progress based on the project budget
- Leading the site team
- Recording, checking, and submitting staff working hours
- Instructing, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors
- Filling in when needed: Operating the weighbridge and processing/documenting data
What we’re looking for:
- A completed technical apprenticeship or years of experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
- Leadership and site experience you’ve already proven in previous roles
- Experience operating machinery like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, or rollers for installing mineral waste
- Knowledge of handling asbestos and a willingness to take a specialist asbestos course
- An independent and organized way of working
- Willingness to work at different sites across the Allgäu region
