Your tasks at Geiger
- Organizing staff and equipment in coordination with the landfill management
- Managing material logistics
- Determining and recording site measurements
- Monitoring progress based on budget and calculation basics
- Leading the site team
- Recording, checking, and submitting employee work hours
- Instructing, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors
- As a backup: Operating the weighbridge and processing/documenting the data
What we’re looking for
- A completed technical apprenticeship or several years of experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
- Leadership and site experience you’ve already proven in previous roles
- Experience operating machinery like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, or rollers for installing mineral waste
- Knowledge of handling asbestos and a willingness to take a specialist asbestos course
- An independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Allgäu region
