Tasks at Geiger Main location in Kraftisried, occasional work at other landfills in the region
- Scheduling staff and equipment in coordination with the landfill management
- Material logistics
- Determining and recording measurements
- Monitoring progress while keeping an eye on the budget/calculation basics
- Leading the construction site team
- Recording, checking, and submitting employee working hours
- Instructing, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors
- As a backup: Operating the weighbridge as well as processing and documenting data
What we're looking for
- Successfully completed technical training or many years of experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
- Leadership and site experience that you've already proven in a previous role
- Experience operating machines like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, or rollers for installing mineral waste
- Knowledge of handling asbestos and willingness to take an asbestos specialist course
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work at different locations in the Allgäu region
