Your tasks at Geiger
- Operate and monitor the asphalt mixing plant according to the production plan
- Control and oversee the mixing processes using the control software
- Make sure quality standards and workplace safety rules are followed
- Document production processes and material usage
- Independently troubleshoot issues to keep the plant available and running
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on the mixing plants
- Coordinate material planning, delivery, and storage
What we’re looking forward to
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a process technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or similar
- Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding of production equipment
- Experience operating production plants—ideally in asphalt or building materials—is a plus
- Team player who can also work independently and take responsibility
- Basic MS Office skills and ideally experience with process control systems
- Friendly, confident manner when dealing with our customers
