What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You take charge of leading the tunneling operations for large tunnel construction projects in Germany.
- You're responsible for ensuring compliance with Implenia's standards for Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability.
- You're in charge of managing work preparation, personnel deployment, and scheduling.
- You act as the point of contact for your relevant external stakeholders.
- You work closely with your colleagues from the in-house machinery and electrical engineering and risk management teams.
- You conduct contract negotiations together with colleagues from contract management.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience in conventional tunneling.
- Cooperative leadership skills, negotiation talent, and assertiveness.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
