Technical Assistant to the Branch Management m/f/d

Tasks

  • You will closely collaborate with the branch management to lead the team, especially in project and construction management areas.
  • With your structured approach, you will create meaningful reports for internal and external communication.
  • You will implement structures and processes according to the branch management's guidelines and take over the monitoring and commentary of budget and mid-term planning.
  • With your solid understanding of technical and commercial contexts, you ensure contractually flawless project execution in line with applicable laws, standards, and internal and external SPIE GSA guidelines.
  • You ensure compliance with all regulations regarding occupational, health, and environmental safety, as well as risk management and a legally compliant organization.

Profile

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical profession with corresponding qualification as a business administrator / master or technician, or studies in electrical engineering, law, business administration, or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, experience in commercial project support, especially in offer preparation, budget control, and price negotiation, or in the construction of energy infrastructures.
  • Good MS Office skills and a Class B driver's license.
  • Independent and committed work style, enjoyment of teamwork, and achieving goals together.
