When will you start?
About the Role
- You lead a team of several installers and trainees who carry out projects to install modern air-water heat pumps for customers
- You regularly work on installation projects yourself and guide new employees
- You ensure that our processes are followed by the teams and maintain consistently high quality of installations and customer satisfaction
- You work closely with the Regional Manager, planners, and the Operations Excellence Team to ensure smooth operations and further develop processes
- You collaborate closely with the Academy, where new employees are selected and trained
What You Should Bring
- You are a master or very experienced journeyman in the field of plant mechanics for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology, and you are ideally already familiar with heat pump technology
- You are up-to-date professionally and experienced in installations for our customers
- You have already led teams and are appreciated by your employees both professionally and personally
- Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer
- You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and are a team player
