Your tasks at Geiger
- Responsible handling of contaminated site projects (remediation and/or process engineering projects) in Central and Northern Germany and NRW
- Making sure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met
- Looking after customers and maintaining networks with business partners and subcontractors
- Goal- and KPI-oriented leadership, motivation, and development of your team members
- Leading senior site managers and site managers in the respective service area
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering, environmental technology, or something similar
- Several years of work experience with solid industry and market knowledge in contaminated site remediation
- Solid knowledge of waste law regulations (KrWG, NachwV, DepV, EBV, etc.)
- Reliability and assertiveness, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Great communication skills and an outgoing personality
- High willingness to travel and work across regions; your base and mobile office setup will be defined as needed
