Your tasks at Geiger

• Winning new projects in the “building in existing structures” segment in the Munich, Augsburg, Ulm, and Stuttgart region
• Building and leading a project team to deliver challenging “building in existing structures” projects
• Cost estimating and project calculations to ensure profitability
• Target- and KPI-driven leadership, motivation, and development of the team to achieve company goals
• Organizational development and process optimization to boost team efficiency
• Helping develop suitable sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue potential
• Creating and presenting proposals for customers and business partners
• Technical and commercial consulting for customers to design the best possible solutions

What we’re looking for

• A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or qualification as a construction technician, or a comparable background
• Several years of experience as a team lead or branch manager in construction and project management, conversions, renovations, refurbishments, and building in existing structures, including responsibility for staff and budgets
• Experience in estimating and solid know-how in cost calculation and presenting offers
• Strong sales and business understanding, plus a clear cost awareness
• Great communication skills and you enjoy connecting with people
• Reliability and assertiveness, paired with strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
• A high level of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
• A structured, solution-focused, and independent way of working
