Your tasks at Geiger

  • Winning new projects in the “building in existing structures” area in the Munich, Augsburg, Ulm, and Stuttgart region
  • Building and leading a project team to deliver challenging “building in existing structures” projects
  • Cost estimating and project calculations to ensure profitability
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the team based on goals and KPIs to achieve company targets
  • Organizational development and process optimization to boost team efficiency
  • Helping develop suitable sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue potential
  • Creating and presenting offers for customers and business partners
  • Providing technical and commercial advice to customers to shape the best possible solutions

What we’re looking forward to

  • A completed degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), architecture (m/f/d), or qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d), or a comparable background
  • Several years of experience as a team lead or branch manager in construction and project management, conversions, renovations, refurbishments, building in existing structures, with relevant responsibility for staff and budgets
  • Experience in estimating and solid knowledge of cost calculation and presenting offers
  • Strong sales and business mindset, plus a clear focus on costs
  • Great communication skills and you enjoy connecting with people
  • Reliability and assertiveness, paired with strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit
  • A structured, solution-focused, and self-driven way of working
