Tasks at Geiger

• Telephone and personal contact for the Allgäu branch
• Scheduling and managing appointments, as well as preparing and following up on meetings and events
• Handling internal and external correspondence
• Providing organizational and administrative support to branch and project management in daily operations
• Performing general administrative tasks, archiving, project documentation, and handling incoming and outgoing mail distribution

What we're looking forward to

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Work experience in administration, ideally in construction or engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills and reliability, as well as a team-oriented approach
• Structured and independent working style
