Tasks at Geiger

• Support in the introduction and continuous optimization of the procurement system
• Independent system administration and configuration of the procurement system (e.g., processes, approval chains, user roles, adjustment of system parameters, and configuration of new features)
• Collaboration with IT for ERP integration and third-party systems
• Creating guides and documentation for system processes
• Responsible for system tests, troubleshooting, updates, and rollouts
• Monitoring of interfaces and workflows
• Contact person for department key users on support issues, conducting user training, and creating training materials
• Ensuring acceptance and use of the system in the company through empathetic communication
• Creation of dashboards, evaluations, and KPIs

What we're excited about

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in administering common procurement systems like Coupa, Ivalua, Newtron
• Good knowledge of procure-to-pay processes
• Experience in requirements management and process analysis for optimizing procurement processes
• Outstanding empathetic and communicative skills
• Analytical thinking as well as proactive, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, ideally also English skills
