HVAC Technician Assembly Prep / Heat Pump Measurement (m/f/d)

Employment: Full-time · on-site at the customer · full travel readiness (5 days/week)

Pay: €3,700 – €3,900 gross/month + expenses

Your Mission

Before a heat pump gets installed, it needs to be clear: does it even fit – and how? That's exactly what you figure out. As a technician for assembly preparation, you're on-site with the customer, checking technical feasibility, and laying the groundwork for clean planning with your measurements. You're the expert eye in the field whose data the entire further implementation relies on – and you contribute directly to making sure climate-friendly heat reliably reaches the masses.

Your Tasks

• Check feasibility: You carry out technical on-site checks at the customer's place and evaluate if and how a heat pump can be installed.
• Collect data: You record all relevant data for the heating load calculation and provide it for the system design.
• Document precisely: You record all results in a detailed technical protocol – measurements, spatial conditions, connection options, and customer requirements.
• Advise customers: You answer technical questions on-site and point out possible implementation scenarios.
• Coordinate with the office: You work closely with the back office and support planning, sizing, and quote creation with solid basics.

Your Profile

• Completed HVAC training – mandatory
• Several years of professional experience in the HVAC trade
• Ideally practical experience with heat pumps
• Very good understanding of hydraulic and heating systems
• Diligent, structured way of working and an eye for detail
• Customer-oriented, confident manner
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Class B driver's license
• High willingness to travel (5 days/week, radius approx. 250 km)
