Your mission with us:

• You lead the Service Center with an entrepreneurial mindset – technically, disciplinarily, and operationally
• You manage capacities, analyze KPIs, handle resources, and ensure goals are met
• You're responsible for adhering to all processes, standards, and guidelines – from occupational safety to environmental certification
• You ensure quality, timeliness, and cost security, both in internal processes and with external service providers
• You lead your team through regular meetings, feedback, and targeted development
• You redesign processes, contribute to standards, and successfully implement tools, ideas, and structures
• In close collaboration with the HSEQ team, you combine safety, efficiency, and responsibility

What you bring:

• You have a degree in logistics or supply chain management or a technical education with additional qualifications
• Several years of professional experience – at least three years in a similar position in operations – give you the necessary understanding of processes, structures, and priorities. Ideally, you've already gained some leadership experience and enjoy taking on responsibility
• A good technical understanding, initiative, and clear, reliable communication are your strengths – both in interactions with colleagues and external partners
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills (at least B2)
• You're comfortable with MS Office and modern communication tools
• Additionally, you act cost-consciously, are confident in negotiations, and have the drive to actively advance topics
