Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) Nuremberg

Tasks

• You're in charge of independently handling turnkey projects in the Nuremberg area from start to finish
• On top of that, you'll help out with and coordinate the work prep
• You're responsible for creating and updating procurement and schedules
• In your role, you'll manage subcontractors during the process (quality, costs, deadlines)
• You'll coordinate and lead the project team
• You'll organize and document everything on the construction site
• Plus, you'll manage individual cost estimation projects
• As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction, you'll take care of customer contact

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering or architecture (FH / Uni / TU)
• At least 7 years of experience running projects on your own—we're also happy to talk if you're a project manager looking to step up to the next level
• Really good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
• A strong focus on service and the customer
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground
• Great social skills, team spirit, and the drive to lead
