Tasks at Geiger: * Running projects independently in all areas of turnkey construction and renovation in the Lake Constance region * Being the go-to person for customers and subcontractors * Managing and monitoring projects and individual work steps * Tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts to subcontractors * Giving expert advice to customers and the project team * Coming up with optimization ideas to get the best possible cost-effectiveness while keeping up the high quality standards of our construction projects. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, training as a construction technician * Solid work experience in handling renovation and existing building projects * Great persuasion and communication skills, plus strong negotiation chops * Managing the construction site portal and the subcontractors involved * An independent way of working and a strong sense of cost awareness * Good with MS Office; knowing your way around calculation software is a plus.
