Tasks at Geiger

• Key development and advancement of a central controlling system for group functions and one of our business areas
• Development of standardized controlling processes as well as reporting and analysis tools
• Close collaboration with business areas and group functions as a business partner
• Active support in business management issues to optimize decision-making processes and achieve goals
• Support in preparing monthly reports, analyzing results, and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
• Participation in group-wide controlling projects, especially in the introduction of new controlling tools and implementation of the controlling strategy
• Support in annual planning and ongoing forecasts of business areas, analysis of deviations, and deriving recommendations for goal achievement

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field
• At least 8 years of experience in controlling, ideally in a group-wide context
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Enthusiasm for change processes and digital transformation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, even on complex topics
• High level of commitment and strong sense of responsibility, paired with clear goal orientation
• Team player mentality and motivation to achieve success together
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Very good German language skills
