Your tasks at Geiger:
- Handling the billing for transport and logistics services provided by Geiger Logistics
- Maintaining customer, shipment, and price data in the Translogica transport management system
- Checking invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Creating credit notes for subcontractors in the transport management system
- Clearing up billing questions in coordination with dispatch, sales, and customers
- Helping to further develop billing processes and system logic
If you're a good fit, there's a chance to move into internal sales, especially in areas like quote calculation, pricing, customer communication, and processing offers.
What we're looking for:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- A strong knack for numbers, prices, and billing logic
- High IT affinity and confident use of Microsoft 365
- Ideally some initial experience in logistics, dispatch, invoicing, or commercial administration
- Great teamwork skills and enjoyment in working with internal and external contacts
