Tasks at Geiger

Commercial and administrative fleet management

• Responsible for handling all commercial tasks related to the group-wide vehicle fleet (cars and trucks)
• Monitoring and managing leasing, maintenance, and service contracts including invoice verification and booking
• Handling vehicle registrations and de-registrations, handovers, and returns
• Creating evaluations, statistics, and cost overviews
• Carrying out and documenting driver's license checks
• Managing and maintaining vehicle data, fuel cards, and vehicle-related documents

Operational fleet management

• Organizing, coordinating, and documenting maintenance, repairs, and tire services
• Monitoring legal inspections and owner obligations
• Handling and managing insurance claims
• Organizing vehicle sales and handling the corresponding processes
• Central contact person for vehicle users, drivers, as well as internal and external service providers
• Continuous optimization of fleet processes

What we're looking for

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Relevant professional experience in a qualified administrative role, ideally in fleet management
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for IT
• Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service and customer orientation combined with a confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Sense of responsibility as well as a high degree of reliability and teamwork
