Your tasks at Geiger
- Independently handling companies in daily business within the Geiger Group
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handling payment transactions including cash pooling
- Managing fixed asset accounting
- Preparing VAT returns and EC Sales Lists
- Taking over and posting personnel costs
- Various account reconciliations
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German GAAP)
What we're looking for
- Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk (IHK) (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience, ideally topped off with further training as a Certified Management Accountant (IHK) (m/f/d) or similar
- Digital way of working through knowledge of system networking
- High level of responsibility
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working
- Experience with common ERP systems like Nevaris as well as JobRouter, Verifier, and DocuWare is a plus
- Very good German skills
