- To strengthen our team at the Munich location, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in the field of turnkey construction to start as soon as possible.
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Independent management of construction projects in the field of turnkey construction – from planning to turnkey handover
- Coordination and management of all project participants (planners, subcontractors, authorities, customers)
- Management of subcontractors and ensuring work safety
- Communication with clients, authorities, and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
- Technical and commercial project responsibility
- Contact person for customers and internal departments
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management in turnkey construction
- In-depth knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant building regulations
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Team player, strong communication skills, and a structured working style
