What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of independently managing and handling shell construction projects within the team
- You'll also help out with work preparation
- In your role, you're responsible for managing subcontractors during execution (quality, costs, deadlines)
- You coordinate and communicate within the project team
- As a Project Manager for Large-Scale Shell Construction (m/f/d), you organize and document the shell construction or the construction site
What we build on
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU)
- At least 5 years of experience in handling shell construction projects
- Good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
- Strong communication skills, negotiation talent, and customer focus
- Willingness to travel across Germany
- Team spirit, social skills, and a drive to get things done
