Your tasks at Geiger
- Independently handle turnkey construction projects across all phases.
- Support and manage projects and individual work steps.
- Handle tendering, bid evaluation, and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
- Provide expert advice to the project team and come up with optimization ideas to ensure the best possible cost-effectiveness while maintaining our high quality standards.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Building Technician.
- Relevant professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects.
- Great communication and persuasion skills, plus you’re a strong negotiator.
- Experience leading site personnel and subcontractors.
- An independent work style and a sharp eye for costs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of estimation/calculation software is a plus.
