Your tasks at Geiger:
- Independently managing turnkey construction projects across all phases
- Overseeing and steering projects and individual work steps
- Handling tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding subcontracts
- Providing expert advice to the project team and coming up with optimization ideas to get the best economic results while maintaining our high quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician
- Solid professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects
- Great communication and persuasion skills, plus strong negotiation chops
- Experience leading site staff and subcontractors
- An independent work style and a sharp eye for costs
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with estimation software is a plus
