Tasks at Geiger
- Independent handling of turnkey construction projects in all areas of turnkey building
- Support and management of projects and individual work steps
- Tendering, bid evaluation, and awarding of subcontractor services
- Technical advice for the project team and development of optimization suggestions to achieve the best possible cost-effectiveness while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
What we're looking for
- Completed degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, completed training as a construction technician
- Relevant professional experience in handling turnkey construction projects
- Very good persuasion and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
- Management of construction site personnel and the subcontractors involved
- Independent working style and a strong awareness of costs
- Confident use of MS Office applications; knowledge of calculation programs is desirable
