Tasks at Geiger
- Independently handling turnkey construction projects in all areas of turnkey building
- Supporting and managing projects and individual work steps
- Tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding subcontracts
- Providing technical advice to the project team and coming up with optimization ideas to get the best possible cost-effectiveness while keeping up the high quality standards of our construction projects
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, training as a certified construction technician
- Relevant work experience in managing turnkey construction projects
- Great persuasion and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
- Leading site staff and the subcontractors involved
- Independent working style and a strong awareness of costs
- Confident using MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a plus
