Your job at Geiger
- Take the lead on turnkey construction projects across all phases.
- Guide and manage projects and individual work steps from start to finish.
- Handle tendering, evaluate bids, and award contracts to subcontractors.
- Provide expert advice to the project team and come up with ways to optimize things, ensuring we stay cost-effective while keeping our high quality standards.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a certified construction technician.
- Solid experience managing turnkey construction projects.
- Great communication and persuasion skills, plus you’re a pro at negotiating.
- Experience leading site crews and subcontractors.
- An independent way of working and a sharp eye for costs.
- You’re comfortable with MS Office; experience with estimation software is a plus.
