Your tasks at Geiger:
- Take the lead on turnkey construction projects from start to finish
- Guide and manage projects and individual work steps
- Handle tendering, evaluate bids, and award contracts to subcontractors
- Provide expert advice to the project team and come up with ways to optimize things—keeping projects cost-effective without compromising our high quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician
- Solid experience managing turnkey construction projects
- Great communication and persuasion skills, plus you’re a pro at negotiating
- Experience leading site crews and subcontractors
- An independent way of working and a sharp eye for costs
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with estimation software is a plus
