Tasks at Geiger: * Handling turnkey construction projects independently in all areas of turnkey building * Supporting and managing projects and individual work steps * Tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding subcontracts * Providing expert advice to the project team and coming up with optimization ideas to get the best possible cost-efficiency while keeping up our high quality standards. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, training as a construction technician * Relevant work experience in handling turnkey construction projects * Great persuasion and communication skills plus strong negotiation talent * Leading site staff and the subcontractors involved * An independent way of working and a strong sense of cost-awareness * Solid skills in MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a plus.
