Your tasks at Geiger
- Independently handle turnkey construction projects across all phases
- Support and manage projects and individual work steps
- Handle tendering, bid evaluation, and awarding subcontracts
- Provide expert advice to the project team and develop optimization ideas to get the best economic results while maintaining our high quality standards
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician
- Solid professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects
- Great persuasion and communication skills along with strong negotiation chops
- Experience leading site staff and subcontractors
- An independent working style and a sharp eye for costs
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of estimation software is a plus
