Your tasks at Geiger
- Independently managing turnkey construction projects across all areas of turnkey building
- Supporting and steering projects and the individual work steps
- Preparing tenders, reviewing offers, and awarding subcontractor packages
- Providing technical advice to the project team and developing optimization ideas to achieve the best possible cost-efficiency while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
What we’re looking forward to
- Completed degree in civil engineering, or alternatively completed training as a construction technician
- Relevant professional experience handling turnkey construction projects
- Very strong persuasion and communication skills, plus solid negotiation skills
- Managing site staff and the subcontractors involved
- Independent working style and strong cost awareness
- Confident with MS Office; knowledge of estimating/costing software is a plus
