Construction Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll help your colleagues in technical and commercial project management show and analyze monthly performance and results
- You'll keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines and report back to the regional management
- Your job includes evaluating audit results and checking on the measures that everyone involved needs to carry out
- You'll suggest ways to improve project workflows and cost efficiency and put them into action together with the project team
- When needed, you'll help out with project management tasks in work prep, billing, and change order management, or join site meetings
What we're looking for
- A degree in industrial engineering, business admin, or civil engineering with a focus on construction management, facility management, or something similar
- A strong technical and operational understanding of work and logistics processes on the construction site
- Basic commercial knowledge of cost and performance accounting and the business mindset that goes with it
- Solid IT skills, and knowing MS Project is a plus
- Flexibility for multi-day project assignments if you need to fill in for someone
