Project Engineer for HVAC Estimation (m/f/d) Munich
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll handle the independent cost calculation for technical building equipment in turnkey construction projects
- You'll also be responsible for reviewing and evaluating tenders
- You'll check planning documents for completeness, plausibility, and contract compliance
- You'll help create service specifications and tenders for TGA trades
- Your job includes coming up with alternative proposals
- As a project engineer, you'll be involved in award and contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
What we're looking for
- A degree from a technical college/university or training as a technician/master in supply engineering or electrical engineering
- Knowledge of relevant DIN standards, VDE regulations, and construction contract procedures (VOB)
- Several years of professional experience in calculating, tendering, or managing TGA projects
- Proficient with MS Office and RIB iTWO Baseline
- Quick learner, independent worker, and an analytical, process-oriented mindset
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
