Tasks as a Project Buyer (m/f/d) for Building Construction What tasks can you expect as a Project Buyer (m/f/d) for building construction?

• You'll take care of the purchasing process in building construction and make sure defined processes and standards are followed
• You'll manage the strategic and operational purchasing of subcontractor services, supplies, and services for building construction projects in your region
• You'll prep awards in a structured way and lead award and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• You'll work closely with site management, cost estimation, and project management, create clear bases for decisions, and ensure reliable implementation in the projects
• You'll further develop purchasing strategies, framework agreements, and standards and use KPIs/reporting for management

Requirements as a Project Buyer (m/f/d) for Building Construction What requirements do you bring as a Project Buyer (m/f/d) for building construction?

• Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., industrial clerk), business administrator/construction specialist, or alternatively a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or something similar
• Experience in purchasing, ideally in building construction or the construction industry
• Very good understanding of construction services, award and contract processes, as well as confident application of relevant basics (VOB, HOAI, BGB)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
