Project Assistant (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll help the project management with admin and organizational stuff, plus handle scheduling and tracking internal and external appointments
- You'll be the main contact person for employees, customers, and partner companies
- Organizing and following up on meetings and events, including taking minutes, is also part of your job
- You're in charge of document management and putting together presentations
- You'll handle correspondence on your own, for example with external parties, based on guidelines
What we're looking for
- Completed vocational training or similar background
- Several years of work experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry
- Good with MS Office products
- Professionalism, discretion, loyalty, and the ability to handle stress
- Independent way of working
- Great organizational skills and strong communication abilities
