- To strengthen our team at the Memmingen location, we are looking for an HR Consultant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Do you want to bring your labor law expertise into a varied environment and actively contribute to the development of operational HR processes? Then you're in the right place with the KUTTER Group!
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in the KUTTER Group on personnel-related and labor law issues
- Creating, reviewing, and adjusting employment contracts, additional agreements, and labor law documents in your defined area of responsibility
- Coordinating applicant management, including conducting interviews in collaboration with specialist departments
- Accompanying individual personnel measures (e.g., warnings, terminations, transfers)
- Supporting the implementation of HR projects
- Identifying optimization potentials in existing HR processes and implementing them together as a team
- YOUR STRENGTHS
- You have a degree or further training in the field of HR and at least 3 years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge in labor law
- You work in a structured and independent manner and have a strong service orientation
- "Hands-on mentality" with a joy for a mix of operational and strategic work
- Professional demeanor and confident handling of different target groups and hierarchy levels
- Good MS-Office365 skills
