Tasks at Geiger: * Independent management, leadership, and monitoring of all projects during the execution phase * Supporting site management with work preparation and project organization * Leading and looking after site managers and industrial staff * Responsibility for quality, costs, and meeting deadlines for construction measures * Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and legal frameworks * Looking after customers and planners during construction. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering or environmental sciences, ideally focusing on geotechnics, civil engineering, or environmental technology * Alternatively: completed training as a construction technician * Several years of experience as a senior site manager or project manager in landfill/civil engineering with responsibility for staff, budgets, equipment, and machinery * Handling and pushing through additional claims * Independent, structured, and reliable way of working * Strong assertiveness and a professional manner.
